Meet the friendly staff at Health-1st!
I have been with Dr. Booth since October of 2012, and have seen a lot of miracles happen in the office, from fibromyalgia patients getting off their medications, to patients with low back problems not having to have major back surgeries that their MD suggested. I have seen babies as young as 5 days old get adjusted, kids that were told that needed tubes in their ears, kids with asthma issues, and after being adjusted their issues went away. No one should live in pain, our office helps people live a healthy and pain free life, we help people get better, not because we have to, but because we can get them better.Every day is a new experience, but to see the look on a patient’s face when they are pain free is priceless. I am a single parent of two, that are in college. During my free time, I enjoy watching movies or sports, but mostly love to cook, especially on the grill.
I graduated from National Holistic Institute as a Massage Therapist in May 2012 and continued in their Neuromuscular Therapy Course and graduated with 1350 hours on December 14, 2012. Since then I have focused my work in Rehab Sports and Pain Reduction Therapy. I interned for various sports teams, such as, Pachuca, MX Soccer Academies and First Division Team, as well as, preseason with the UCLA Bruins Football Team. My passion is to help others feel better, so I customize each massage to my patient’s needs to ensure great results. I give an ongoing self care regimen as a preventative measure for my patients well-being.
I am 23 years old and graduated from Milan Institute in June 2015. For me, it is a personal satisfaction to know that I am helping a person get better, whether it be just to help the practice member relax from their daily life or due to a specific condition that they come in for. It is a fun job with flexible hours that fits my schedule. My favorite things to do are to hang out with my friends, and constantly improve my massage skill set. I am skilled in several massage techniques, but my personal favorite is reflexology.
I am 20 years old and graduated from Milan Institute in November 2015. I love knowing that I am helping people, whether it be just to relax in general from their crazy life or due to a specific issue that they come in for. My favorite things to do are shop and sleep after a long day of work. The most common technique that I use is the Swedish massage, which is a wholebody therapeutic massage designed to relax the muscles and joints. Other type of techniques that I am skilled in are deep tissue, shiatsu, reflexology.
